Short Rules and Regulations

Listed here is the basic information about the contest. By entering the contest, each contestant agrees to be bound by the full rules of the contest, available here in PDF format.

    1. Prizes
      1. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive four tickets to a Baltimore NFL home game. Two (2) second place prize winners will receive movie passes to a theater located in the Baltimore, Maryland region.
    1. Eligibility:
      1. This contest is open from October 1, 2010 through October 31, 2010.
      2. Only one entry per registered CharmCard is allowed. Only one qualifier per household.
      3. You must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the State of Maryland and have purchased and registered an MTA CharmCard.
      4. Any individuals who have, within the past six months, performed services for the MTA or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prizes are not eligible to enter or play. Please see complete contest rules for all eligibility rules.
    1. How to Win
      1. First, register your CharmCard.
      2. Complete the brief online survey on or before October 31, 2010.
      3. Prize winners will be selected by random drawing conducted from all qualified entries on or about November 5, 2010. You need not be present to win.
